Who we are
NQL Group is a Nordic company that acts for people who want a life abroad. We find the home, we rent the villa or the yacht, and we arrange the days and evenings that make a place yours. We are not an agency and we hold no listings. Everyone we bring in, from the local lawyer to the chef, is someone we have chosen and would use ourselves.

Buying
Tell us what you want and we find it through local partners we trust, including houses that never reach a listings page. We stay with you from the first call to the keys.
Investing
Selected developments and projects with the numbers laid out plainly, for those buying with a return in mind.
Selling
We come to the house, film the tour and market it to qualified Nordic and American buyers. Discreetly, and our fee is paid only on completion.
Renting
A house for a week or a season, a crewed or bareboat charter along the coasts we know, chosen the way we choose homes to buy.
Experiences
A table at the places worth the trip, a driver, a guide, a day on the water. Tell us what you have in mind and we arrange it, quietly and well.
